RING SIZE
We know it can be a bit nerve-wracking choosing your ring size online - fit is important! But from what we’ve seen, fingers are pretty forgiving. A well measured size will usually still feel great even if it’s half a size above or below your “perfect” fit. So if your measurements are on point, you’re all set.

ITEM CARE
Thanks to the premium materials we use, our jewellery is resistant to water, sweat, and rust, so you can wear it every day without worry. While sterling silver may naturally darken or oxidise over time, a quick clean or polish will bring back its original shine if that’s the look you prefer.
That said, although the metals are built to last, some of our more delicate designs aren't made for high-impact activities. Everyday wear (including showers or the occasional dip in the pool) is totally fine, but we recommend removing your pieces before vigorous activities such as surfing and ocean activities, as the added pressure and movement can risk damage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each of our rings is handcrafted and made to order, just for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our pieces, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing on your end, or custom designs.
However, if your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly assess the issue and work with you to repair or replace the item as needed.
